If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Cancellation policy

Once confirmation of your registration has been sent, the cancellation policy takes effect:

A refund of Registration Fees less administration fee of $30.00 will be made for cancellations received in writing. 

The cancellation fee is still payable even if registration fees have not been paid.

Refunds after June 28 will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

If fees have not been paid prior to conference, and the registrant is unable to attend, the registrant is responsible for, and will be invoiced for costs accordingly.
